To introduce participants to the basic tools necessary to efficiently and securely authorize, disburse and make follow-ups of micro, small and medium size enterprise (MSME) loans.
Participants will be able to provide professional financial services to MSMEs by using adapted methodologies and tools. This training adds value to the services offered by the PSs, contribute to the achievement of the PSs’ strategic plans by maintaining the equilibrium between PS profitability, growth, risk and most importantly members’ satisfaction.
Loan officers and managers will be able to make loan recommendations based on a standard analysis and present these recommendations clearly using a standard format. A clear recommendation will allow board members to take efficient decisions.
The program for boards of directors is a one-day program (Full day) and for managers and credit officers 3 days (Full days) program. The training program is offered as a classroom training and three coaching sessions will be provided on site.
