This training will provide entrepreneurs with a better understanding of the importance of risk management for sustainable growth and will suggest approaches and tools to face the risks in their business.”

Training Objectives

To provide MSMEs, including producers, with the skills and knowledge to develop risk management strategies for their business.

Expected Results

Identify and assess the risks associated with his/her MSME
Identify the external and internal factors, which affect risk for his/her MSME
Identify situations that may cause risk for his/her MSME
Identify the warning signs of risk for his/her MSME
Develop risk mitigation strategies for his/her MSME
Identify insurance products and other risk management tools for his/her MSME
Implement, monitor and evaluate a risk management plan for his/her MSME

Training Methodology

Classroom training session followed by coaching sessions. It combines different methods including training sessions, group discussions, case studies, videos, etc.
