Training Objectives

To change the mindset of the entrepreneurs to overcome resistance while mobilizing the family members, shareholders and employees. To favorize implementation of entrepreneurial strategies in the MSMEs.

Training Methodology

A one half-day training session and one mentoring session and coaching activities to bind with day-to-day activities of entrepreneurs.

  • Minimum no. of participants per training is 15

Class Room Training Session – 4 Hours

Coaching Session 1 – 4 Hours

per person for total package including meals, venue and training materials.

Customized Training Programs

Rs. 2,240.00

per person for total package excluding meals and venue. Training materials will be provided.
