Training Objectives

To provide simple knowledge on change mechanisms and how to overcome resistance while maintaining the mobilization of the PS stakeholders (board members, employees and members) in the change process.

Expected Results

  • Establish the proper change management plan in the PS with the support of members, office bearers and staffs,
  • Re-visit the PS strategic plan and adapt it to the competitive finance market environment
  • Apply necessary changes for compatibility with the MSME lending process
  • The PSs can respond faster to customer demands
  • Existing resources are aligned within the organization.

Training Methodology

A few training sessions and several mentoring and coaching activities to bind with the day-to-day activities of PSs. The package offered is therefore made of classroom training and follow-up sessions (Mentoring/Coaching).
