Training Objectives

  • Provide new knowledge on micro finance activities and techniques.
  • Introduction of techniques applicable to for successful regulation of rural banks.
  • Provide knowledge on the implementation of micro financing programs introduced by the Central Bank Study Centre under the project for developing rural financial sectors.

  • Develop the micro finance management skills of the managers
  • Support financial performances of the MFIs
  • Increase the reputation of the MFIs by encourage to apply best micro finance management systems
