The key functions of the Human Resources Management include recruiting people, training them, performance appraisals, motivating employees as well as workplace communication, workplace safety, and much more.”

Training Objectives

  • Providing upgraded knowledge and understanding of theories and practices of human resource management to managers of the organization / institution.
  • To be able to utilize the human resource for contribute to the sustainable development of organizations by utilizing the human resource management elements of the organizations correctly and systematically.
  • Understanding the Legal Sources, Regulations, Circulars and its application relevant with human resource management function of organization.

  • Create human resource managersthat can better manage the challenges, crises, problems and issues faced by the institutions operating in the modern, competitive and complex society.

Minimum no of participants per training is 10.
