Training Objectives

To gain the ability to use knowledge and skills to take informed decisions in managing financial resources effectively. To develop an individual ability to use financial resources effectively and efficiently.

Expected Results

  • Reduce the indebtedness of the households,
  • Increase the savings and motivate for investment in business/Income Generation Activity,
  • Separate household expenses and business expenses,
  • Increase access to better sources of finance,
  • Reduce working capital problems,
  • Re-invest money for business purposes.

Training Methodology

A few training sessions and several mentoring and coaching activities to bind with day-to-day activities of entrepreneurs. The package offered is therefore made of classroom training and  follow-up sessions (Mentoring/Coaching).

  • Maximum no. of participants per training is 30.
  • Minimum no. of participants per training is 15.

  • Household income and expenditure analyzing and financial gap identification

  • Household finance planning/household budgeting
  • Reduce expenses, mobilize savings, access of personal loan and other loans
  • Productive investment and assets building

  • How to separate business transactions and personal/household transactions
  • Basic finance record keeping of the business
  • Financial plan for the business – Own equity, loans, etc.
  • Cost cutting, re-investment and diversification
