The course develops all basic skills necessary for effective performance of micro-finance practitioners. It is expected to explain the best practices of Microfinance along with quality management system to ensure good governance in the operations.

The main target group for HDMF program is the growing microfinance industry. This includes cooperatives and public and private sector organizations concerned with micro-finance policy, program design, consulting, training as well as delivery. The target clients are potential and existing practitioners in the industry.
