Training Programs For Sanasa Primary Societies

“SANASA Primary Societies and MFIs act primarily as financial institutions and also provide non-financial services for their members and entrepreneurs. As a financial institution, a PS will focus mostly on MSMEs to provide credit facilities in the future. Therefore, it is very important to establish a credit department with required capacity. If a separate lending unit is established as a financial institution, it will be possible to provide the credit needs of the entrepreneurs expeditiously, while efficiency and productivity will also be increased.”

Training Objectives

The training will allow PS/MFI managers to understand that their main challenges are to maintain a separate credit department, insure the cohesion of the credit department, set global and individual objectives, operate several branches, involve several employees having different roles and responsibilities (loan officer, loan inspector, recovery agents).
