SANASA CAMPUS conducted its first International Research Conference on Cooperation for Inclusive and Sustainable Development to be held during 23-24 August 2018 at SANASA Campus, Paragammana, and Kegalle. This coincides with the 40th anniversary celebrations of the SANASA Movement and the Conference is co-sponsored by SANASA Federation.
The conference will cover research under the above main theme falling into three broad subject areas (a) Regional Planning issues in Development, (b) Microfinance & Social Business for Inclusive Development and (c) Community Based Tourism Development. The conference was inaugurated in the presence of nationally and internationally recognized scholars and leaders in the co-operative movement in Sri Lanka and abroad. Researchers working on the above themes were invited to submit their finalized or ongoing research results for critical discussion at this conference by submitting abstracts for consideration. Accepted abstracts were published as conference proceedings.
